A Little Bit About Claire

         ith nearly 20 years as a working  journalist, I draw from my varied writing experiences to complement every publication's editorial needs. As a contributing writer, I offer magazine, newspaper and online editors an economical, professional and trusted way to expand their content.

My award-winning articles include topics like how to choose the perfect pet, how to care for an aging parent or how to plan the perfect graduation party. My expertise in the field of wellness is evident in features about heart health, meditation, yoga, Alzheimer's Disease and general fitness.

I'm an  Aztec -- a proud San Diego State University alum. As a student in the school of Journalism, my emphasis was in news-editorial writing. I was honored as a distinguished graduating senior.

I live in California with my husband, Nick, and our two dogs, Bandit and Jersey Girl. We have three sons, Shawn, Jake and Seth. And, you've probably noticed, I'm partial to ladybugs.
